FMTECH signs an MOU with TBC
The Saudi Facility Management Company FMTECH signed an MOU with Tatweer Buildings TBC in the field of facilities management services and development, on Wednesday 10/11/2023 at Tatweer Holding Company headquarters in Riyadh.
The memorandum was signed by the CEO of FMTECH, Eng. Adel Al-Ruwaishidi, and the Acting CEO of TBC, Eng. Fahd Al-Jarallah.
In the presence of His Excellency the Advisor and General Supervisor, Chairman of the Investment and Private Education Committee of the Ministry of Education, Eng. Iyad bin Abdul Rahman Al-Qarawi, along with the presence of other team members of the Ministry and the two companies.
This MOU aims to manage and provide facility management services for educational facilities, and discuss ways of joint cooperation to achieve the mutual desired strategic goals, develop business and improve the services and standards of the facility management sector.
FMTECH a Saudi Facilities Management Company signed a memorandum of understanding
The Saudi Facility Management Company, represented by its CEO Eng. Adel bin Ibrahim Al-Ruwaishidi, and The General Real Estate Authority, represented by CEO Eng. Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, have formally signed a memorandum of understanding.
This agreement aims to strengthen collaboration by:
Developing standards for real estate facilities management.
Exploring the establishment of a coordinating council among relevant authorities to oversee and regulate the real estate facilities sector.
Formulating necessary standards and conducting studies to improve the sector.
Collaborating on essential market studies, monitoring challenges, identifying investment opportunities, and advancing the real estate facilities sector.
Developing and qualifying individuals and establishments involved in real estate facilities management, aligning with international best practices.
Creating a proposed model for the facility licensing process to enhance service efficiency and elevate the local market’s standards, focusing on sustainability, quality of life, and digital solutions within the Kingdom’s real estate facilities management sector.
This pivotal memorandum was inked during FMTECH’s engagement at the “MEFMA Confex” 2023, a conference which was held in Riyadh and organized by the Middle East Facilities Management Association (MEFMA) under the theme “Facility Management in the Digital Age – Towards Adopting a Smart Future.
By endorsing this MOU, FMTECH aims to regulate real estate activities, bolster efficiency, promote investment, and provide essential support to propel the real estate sector forward, aligning with the economic and social development objectives, the real estate strategy’s goals, and Vision 2030.
The Saudi Facility Management Company FMTECH and THE RIG. Forge Partnership for Facility, Property, and Asset Management
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 07/02/2024 – The Saudi Facility Management Company “FMTECH”, and the Oil Park Development Company (OPDC) THE RIG. – both companies owned by The Public Investment Fund “PIF”- have officially entered a Memorandum of Understanding.
This partnership, signed by FMTECH’s CEO, Eng. Adel Ibrahim Alroeshedy, and The Oil Park Development Company (OPDC) CEO, Eng. Raed Bakhrji, will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy for facilities, property, and asset management services at THE RIG. This agreement aims to align THE RIG.’s operational service needs with top-tier facilities and asset management practices.
Eng. Alroeshedy expressed, “Being involved in an ambitious project like THE RIG. enables us to collaborate on many areas that will help incorporate state-of-the-art technologies in facility and asset management. FMTECH is committed in offering expert guidance on best practices for addressing diverse challenges and providing innovative solutions related to the maintenance and management of project facilities, as well as accessibility, visitor experience, and safety.”
Eng. Bakhrji emphasized that the collaboration with FMTECH underscores THE RIG.’s dedication to improving operational efficiency and safety. Bakhrji further stated, “Through this partnership, we strive to ensure that our facilities are designed, equipped, and maintained to best support their intended operational requirements, while also being adaptable to future needs or changes.”

In a significant move towards shaping the future of facilities management, FMTECH has signed a (MoU) with Sense Time MEA. The agreement was inked on the sidelines of the International Facilities Management Conference and Exhibition held in Riyadh from Sep 8th-10th, 2024
The signing ceremony was attended by Eng. Adel AL Roeshedy, CEO of FMTECH, and Mr. George Huange, CEO of Sense Time MEA.
This strategic partnership aims to accelerate urban transformation and support the objectives of Vision 2030 by integrating advanced AI solutions. The collaboration will focus on enhancing construction processes, energy efficiency, and resource optimization.
In a significant stride towards digital transformation in facility management, FMTECH has signed a (MoU) with an IoT company
In a groundbreaking move to transform the facilities management sector in Saudi Arabia, FMTECH, represented by its CEO Eng. Adel AL Roeshedy, and IOT, represented by its CEO Dr. Othman Al-Dahash, have signed a Me (MoU). The MoU aims to develop an innovative IoT-based platform specifically designed for facilities management.
Through this collaboration, IOT square’s advanced IoT solutions will be integrated into operational processes, enabling real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and automation of critical systems within buildings and infrastructure. This partnership is poised to contribute to energy conservation and reduce the environmental footprint, aligning with the sustainability goals of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
FMTECH signs MoU with the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) and the Saudi Facilities Management Association (SFMA) to develop the specialized training sector in facilities management.
On Monday, September 9, 2024, during the International Facilities Management Conference and Exhibition, FMTECH (MoU) with the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) and the Saudi Facilities Management Association (SFMA). This partnership aims to develop a diverse range of specialized training programs based on global best practices, standards, and methodologies, delivered through various educational platforms. The initiative is aligned with Saudi Vision 2030’s human capacity development program, specifically in the field of facilities management and development.
The MoU was signed by Eng. Adel AL Roeshedy, CEO of FMTECH, Mr. Mark Mark Whittaker, Chairman of IWFM, and Eng. Ayed Al-Qahtani, Chairman of SFMA.
On this occasion, Eng. Mark Whittaker, CEO of FMTECH, stated, “This MoU represents a significant milestone in the development of facilities management in Saudi Arabia.
